How to Make a Fruit Smoothie

It only takes a few ingredients and a blender to prepare a fruit smoothie.

but in order to guarantee your success each time, below is our precise procedure:

Add liquid to your blender. 

You can substitute any other type of milk, fruit juice, or even just water for the unsweetened almond milk that I usually use.

Add in any fibrous foods

This is the moment to add spinach or other greens if you're adding them.

Add in your frozen fruits and vegetables

For creating smoothies, I like to keep frozen strawberries and bananas on hand at the very least. All frozen fruit will do.

Add any fresh fruits or veggies you’d like to use

You can add chopped avocado or fresh strawberries here.

Add your favorite nutrition mix-ins to finish it off.

To increase the smoothie's nutritional value, add protein powder, collagen, chia seeds, turmeric, or whatever else you choose.

Blend away

This ensures that everything is well combined and that the blades won't get caught. I blend the smoothie till it appears silky, then I pour and eat.
