You can substitute any other type of milk, fruit juice, or even just water for the unsweetened almond milk that I usually use.

For creating smoothies, I like to keep frozen strawberries and bananas on hand at the very least. All frozen fruit will do.
You can add chopped avocado or fresh strawberries here.
To increase the smoothie's nutritional value, add protein powder, collagen, chia seeds, turmeric, or whatever else you choose.
This ensures that everything is well combined and that the blades won't get caught. I blend the smoothie till it appears silky, then I pour and eat.
