Aaron Charles Rodgers (born December 2, 1983) is a Green Bay Packers NFL quarterback. Rodgers started collegiate football at Butte collegiate in 2002.

Darla Leigh (née Pittman) and Edward Wesley Rodgers had Rodgers in Chico, California. His father, a Texas-born doctor, played Chico State Wildcats offensive line from 1973 to 1976.

In 1997, Aaron played quarterback at Pleasant Valley High School in Chico, accumulating 4,421 yards.Six touchdowns and 440 all-purpose yards per game.

Division I programs ignored Rodgers' high school performance. In a 2011 E:60 interview, he blamed his bad recruitment profile on his 5'10" (1.78 m) and 165 lb (75 kg) high school size.

Rodgers won his first comeback game in the 2009 opener. Rodgers' fifty-yard touchdown throw to Greg Jennings in the fourth quarter helped the Packers beat the Chicago Bears 21–15.
